The workshop will be suitable for all organisations involved in ERDF project deliveryincluding Intermediate Bodies, lead applicants and their partners.

Content

If you have an ERDF project funded through Convergence, Competitiveness and Employability - or you are a partner/sub-contractor to a lead applicant/co-financing organisation, then prepare for audit!

A daunting expectation, though with understanding and preparation, the audit process can be turned into a distinct advantage in terms of project management and performance review. To help project applicants, this one-day workshop intends to cover the essential “must knows” in terms of the legal and procedural aspects of auditing ERDF Funded projects.

The workshopwill cover:

• Background to the EC Audit Regulations and their impact
• The Audit Process – systems and procedures
• Source documentation – sufficiency and relevance
• Roles of teams – auditors and project staff

Booking & Confirmation

All reservations will be confirmed by email within two days of receipt of your completed booking form and payment in full and will include venue details and times.
