Facilitator

105

The Facilitator is a Prince 2 qualified project manager who has been delivering publicly funded and grant funded projects for almost twenty years. These projects have been delivered within a range of political and funding environments, often involving multiple partners or stakeholders.

She now works for clients who need to have confidence that their projects are being well managed, by ensuring they have the necessary controls in place to provide peace of mind through all stages of project set-up and delivery. These projects include those that have high risks attached to them, or those that have run into problems and need some form of recovery.

She also works with senior managers who need to implement organisational or departmental change and need help thinking through and structuring the change process. She deals with the practicalities of timelines, dependencies, communications and measuring success.
