Intermediate Project Management - Tools & Techniques (WS6008)Tuesday, 22nd January 2013, London Victoria OverviewOnce you have mastered the basics of project management, there are a whole range of additional tools and techniques that you can employ to improve your project delivery. Whether you need to effectively manage difficult stakeholders, or want to explore different methods of planning, these additional tools will become a vital part of your ‘project management kit-bag’. Aimed at those with a working knowledge of Project Management or those that have been on the Introduction to Project Management course, this one day course will give you all the information and practical advice you need to develop your project management skills to the next level. Workshop objectivesThe key objectives are to:
ProgrammeFacilitator The Facilitator is a Prince 2 qualified project manager who has been delivering publicly funded and grant funded projects for almost twenty years. These projects have been delivered within a range of political and funding environments, often involving multiple partners or stakeholders. Venue and TravelVenue details and travel information will be included in your confirmation email. If the venue has not been confirmed at the time of booking, then the information will be emailed to you closer to the event. Booking & ConfirmationBookings will only be accepted on receipt of full payment PRIOR to the event via cheque, BACS or credit card. Cheques to be made payable to ‘National Training Resources Limited’. All reservations will be confirmed by email within two days of receipt of your completed booking form and payment in full and will include venue details and times. Completion and return of the Booking Form constitutes a contract between yourselves and National Training Resources Limited. Delegate cancellations/transfers are only accepted up to 3 weeks prior to the event and are subject to a small administration charge. Delegate substitutions can be made at any time.
