Managing ERDF Finances (3103)Tuesday, 23rd March 2010, London, Euston OverviewThe rules covering ERDF finances are many and complex but that’s no excuse when it comes to audit and repayments. This one day workshop covers the fundamental rules relating to eligibility of ERDF expenditure, project match funding and management of revenue and provides a basis for applicants to manage budgets through to claim preparation. ContentThe Regulations relating to the financial management of European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) projects is formidable! Precise definitions cover what is and is not deemed eligible for inclusion in project budgets and claims and similar constraints are placed on what can be used as match funding within projects. Against this complex background, applicants are then advised that it is they who are at risk if subsequent audits show errors! This one-day workshop will be of value to all organisations involved in ERDF project delivery from the planning stage at application preparation; delivery and resource management for budget profiling and preparation for claims. The workshop will cover:
