The workshop will cover:

  • The expectations now placed on project promoters and deliverers and how these might impact on project design, delivery and monitoring
  • How best to map equality and diversity and sustainable development issues into projects and how to ensure project teams understand and are able to implement the promises made in applications!
  • Discussions regarding best practice examples of project integration for both ESF and ERDF projects and management systems to provide reporting
  • Review of relevant tools, techniques and sources of reference available to applicants and all organisations involved in Structural Fund management and implementation
