Opportunities for Associate Tutors, Facilitators and Consultants

Sharing and Delivering New Approaches and Good Practice

National Training Resources, Excellence in Learning and Employer Training Services (ETS) deliver a wide range of workshops, consultancy and advisory services to the learning community. We are expanding our range of topics and sectors and welcome approaches from tutors, presenters and consultants who are knowledgeable and experienced in any aspect of post-16 training, learning, teaching, quality improvement, funding or legislation. We are particularly interested in hearing from those who feel that they satisfy some or all of the following criteria:

• Detailed knowledge and experience in the specific subject or topic
• Professional, dynamic and engaging style of tutoring, facilitating or consultancy
• Appropriate qualifications and/or professional memberships
• Working experience in the sector at a relevant level of training management
• Qualified and experienced delivery of train the trainer or other practitioner courses
• Demonstrable knowledge of good practice and innovative approaches

Typical current requirements include topics such as:

• Funding for UK, EU, ESF. ERDF, Leonardo, Grundvig and related projects and programmes
• Innovative and interesting sources of funding and bidding processes
• Managing and procuring vocational training and education.
• Quality Improvement in the learning sector
• 14-19 Reform Agenda
• The Equality Act and related legislation
• Enabling Teachers, Trainers and Assessors to Inspire Learners
• Effective Teaching of Functional Skills
• Delivery of ITT courses in the wider FE sector
• CPD for Practitioners and Learning Support Staff
• IAG and related themes
• NEET and Employability programmes
• Other relevant Legislation
