The closing session will be located in the main conference room and conducted as an informal “open door” session. The aim is to provide an opportunity for delegates to drop in to ask individual questions, exchange knowledge and views with the Chairman, Speakers, Workshop Leaders and other delegates.  If the session is sufficiently populous then the Chair may provide an informal summing up.
