The Conference will be chaired by Professor Phil Race BSc PhD PGCE FCIPD SFHEA NTF, Emeritus Professor, Leeds Metropolitan University. An acknowledged academic and practical expert on assessment in the learning environment. He has authored and jointly authored such books and papers as: 500 tips on Assessment; The Lecturers Toolkit - A practical guide to Assessment, Teaching and Learning; The Art of Assessment, A Toolkit of Techniques; Making Learning Happen and Making Teaching Work. He regularly presents workshops to leading colleges and universities on the methodology of assessment.
