The Exhibition Space is now fully-booked.

Exhibitor Package

 

• Exhibition display space on 27th & 28th October 2008 (maximum Exhibition Display size of 3m in length) in the Ironbridge Suite where delegate arrival refreshments, other refreshments and luncheon is held
• Two stand contacts (only).  If a third stand contact is required, a delegate fee of £200.00 + VAT per day will be charged.  Please book this place as a delegate registration
• Lunch and Refreshments on Monday 27th & Tuesday 28th October 2008
• Access to the Conference main sessions on both days
• Access to the Workshops sessions on both days
• Provision of 1 x 6ft clothed table and two chairs
• Standard electrical supply/power for stand (i.e. for laptops/screens/lights)
• Internet access – Wi-Fi
• Conference delegate pack for each stand contact
• Free car parking both days (one vehicle access only per exhibitor organisation)
• Exhibitor Profile in delegate pack to include your company logo and contact information

 

Exhibition Space Reservation:

Please use the reservation form below and note the following:

1. Payment is required within 14 days from receipt of your reservation. Should payment not be made within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and offer the space to an alternative organisation. 
2. Exhibition Space Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
3. You will need to submit a profile of your organisation of up to 250 words maximum to include your contact details and logo. You cannot complete the form without submitting the profile so please have the profile ready prior to filling in the form. The profile will need to be in Microsoft Word format.
