The Motivation and self-help industry in the USA alone is now worth £10 billion, and in the UK from 2005-2010 publishers sold almost £60million of self-help and motivation publications.

This course has been designed to increase motivation of the delegates, providing them with increased feelings of empowerment and improving levels of mental well-being, leaving delegates motivated to improve their personal effectiveness along with the ability to use skills learnt to motivate their team, colleagues, staff or learners.
